Patient admitted for rectal bleeding and mucous discharge,
occured 6 months ago.
Internat pentru rectoragii și mucoragii,

Anuscopic Appearance: exophytic, polilobated tumor,
located on the left wall of the rectal ampulla.
Aspect anuscopic: tumoră vegetantă,
polilobulată pe peretele stâng al ampulei rectale.
Surgical Specimen: (operation - rectal resection)
exophytic and ulcerative tumor occupying about 1/3 of the circumference
of the lower extremity of the rectal ampulla.
Piesa operatorie: (amputație rectală)
tumoră ulcerovegetantă ocupând cca.1/3 din circumferința extremității inferioare
a ampulei rectale.
Extraperitoneal end colostomy with immediate maturation.
Colostomie terminală extraperitoneală maturată
extemporaneu, după amputație de rect.
